Shipping & Returns


Shipping prices vary based upon a combination of weight and location. We will always try to find the most economical solution for you. Please use the Shipping Estimator Calculator in the Shopping Cart.

Orders that are fully paid for before 4pm Sydney time will be dispatched within 2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number so you can track your purchase online via the delivery partner's website. Insurance is also included in the cost of delivery.

We ship according to your location to any destination within Australia. Please enquire via Contact Us for all other countries.

If no one is available to sign for the order, the delivery partner will attempt to deliver the order on the next available scheduled run. After three failed attempts, the delivery partner will leave a calling card for the order to be picked up at the nearest delivery partners pickup location. SuperBuys Warehouse and our contracted delivery partners will not be liable for any parcels that have been instructed to be left outside of any premises, unattended and unsigned.


Click & Collect

Place your order online and choose Click & Collect as the shipping option. Click & Collect is from our store – See Location for details. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up, this is usually within 2 business days.



This policy only applies to faulty or damaged purchases. In the event that the customer has changed their mind or is not satisfied, exchange only will be available.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the purchase for fault and notifying us within 48hrs of receiving the purchase should there be a fault. The customer has 14 days from receiving the purchase to return the purchase for any exchange or refund.

The purchase must be returned to at the expense of the customer. Upon inspection by that the purchase is faulty or damaged, the customer will be given the option to either firstly exchange the purchase, receive a store credit or receive a refund less any associated shipping and handling charges and less restocking fee. will not provide a refund or replace a purchase that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer are followed.

Exchange Only

If the purchase is damaged it may be exchanged for the same in store within 14 days of receiving the purchase. Otherwise return shipping can be arranged at the expense of the customer. Delivery time will be the same as the original purchase.

Store Credit

Store credit is available in store or through an online gift voucher.

Cash Refund

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash. Cash refunds are only available in store.

Credit Card Refund

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that the purchase was made on. In the event that the credit card is not available, will issue a store credit in the form of an online gift voucher.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the value of the purchase will be charged upon the requirement of any refund.
