Who is SuperBuys Warehouse?
SuperBuys Warehouse, previously known as Shop & Save is a retail outlet for all your household needs. We have been in operation for over 8yrs. Through experience, our priority is providing customer's with the lowest prices on well known everyday household brands.

Do you have a store?
Yes. Our store is located at 3C/94 Kildare Rd, Blacktown NSW 2148 Australia. Please see our location for further details.

Is your website secure?
Yes. Your credit card details are processed securely via 128 bit SSL encryption. We use eWAY, a respected multinational credit card processing company to charge your card. SuperBuys Warehouse does not store your credit card information.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. To order via phone please call us on +61 02 8814 8722.
Can I cancel an order? How?
Yes you can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped out. To cancel your order immediately please call us on 02 8814 8722. Orders are processed very quickly, so to avoid your order being shipped prior to your cancellation, we recommend that you call us instead of emailing us.
If you order has already been shipped out, you will be able to exchange or return your order at your cost and pay any associated restocking fees.
Are your stock levels correct?
We try to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. At times we may not have the requested product in stock and as such you will be notified via email or phone if the item you have ordered is out of stock.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you may pick up your order from our store. Please choose the Click & Collect option through checkout, you will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick up.
Will tax be added to my order?
All the prices shown already include the goods and services tax (GST).
How safe is my personal information?
Do you store my credit card details?
No, we do not store credit card information. Your details are processed by the eWAY secure payment gateway.
Can I return stuff if I dont like it when I get it?
No unfortunately not, however we will gladly exchange your item with one that you prefer. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Direct Deposit. You can also pay for your order in cash if you pick up from our store, please wait for email confirmation so we can prepare your order.
What happens if you cannot fulfil my order?
In the very unlikely event that we cannot send you your order we will notify you straight away and refund your money in full.
How do you verify credit cards?
If you use any type of international credit card, or if we are having trouble verifying your billing information, we will conduct what is known as a Small Charge Verification.
What we do:
- We charge your credit card an amount greater than $0, but less than $3.00 AUD.
- Contact you via phone or email informing you that we have initiated a Small Charge Verification Check.
What you do:
- Contact the bank associated with that credit card to learn the exact amount of the small charge. It will show up as a charge by SuperBuys.
- Call us on +61 02 8814 8722 to confirm the charge and finish processing your order. Alternatively log on to your account and proceed to My Account then My Account Details. Enter the amount in the Small Charge Verification field and click the green right arrow. Once this small charge is verified we will process your order and refund you the small charge amount.
Why we do it:
This process is the easiest way to confirm that you have the credit card in your hands, know your account number and bank information, and are in good standing with your bank. Once we have confirmed your card, you will not be asked to go through this process again to place future orders.
How does multi-buy work?
Of course the more you buy the more you save. This applies even more so to select products. Select products on the website have quantity discounts applied to them. You will see the highlighted box below on any product page where this discount may apply.
"Buy 4 for $15.00 each and save 10%"
So to interpret this saving. It costs $16.50 per item if I purchased up to 3 items, or it can cost $15.00 per item from 4 items and onwards. Lets do the maths, say if I decide to purchase 4 items: 4 x $15.00 = $60, a saving of 10%.
Are all your products genuine?
Yes. All products including perfumes are 100% guaranteed genuine, direct from the manufacturer. Products that are marked as a "Parallel Import" are from known brands that are stocked overseas.
Do you have products in stock?
Yes. In order to process your order faster than anyone else we hold stock in our store where your order is dispatched. If a product is not in stock, it will say "Sold Out" on the website and you will not be able to order it until it is back in stock. If you see a product you like that is "Sold Out" please Contact Us to see when it will be available again.
What is the quality like?
All products are direct from the manufacturer. The quality is as you would except from all our quality manufacturers.
What does "Sold Out" mean?
When a product is "Sold Out" it is currently out of stock and we are expecting more stock soon.

Where can I see these products in real life?
Just visit us in store anytime.
I am looking for a particular product thats not on your website, can you supply it?
We might be able to help you, just contact us and we will see if we can get that particular product for you.
Do you provide vouchers or discounts?
We have an ongoing loyalty discount for our most loyal customers. You receive 5% off purchases that are over $20, conditions apply. We also constantly run various promotions and specials, please join our newsletter subscribers list at the end of this page. If you require a voucher please enquire via email.
Will I be charged GST tax?
All prices are in Australian dollars and include a 10% goods and service tax (GST).
I want to place a bulk order, can you accommodate large quantities?
Yes we can. Please contact us to confirm if stock is available and to confirm bulk prices.
What is your return policy?
You can return your purchase to SuperBuys Warehouse within 14 days from purchase for an exchange. Of course there are terms and conditions so you should see our Returns Policy for further details.
How do I return an order?
You can return an order by coming into the store or shipping the order back to us. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
What happens if a product is faulty?
If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty we will cover all shipping expenses to provide you with a new item and pickup the existing item.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If your order is shipped within Australia, you should receive it within 2-10 working days depending on the service you have selected. See our Shipping Policy for further details.
When will my order ship?
All orders whether placed during a business day, weekend or public holiday, will be shipped out within 2 business days, following payment confirmation.

Your item will ship from our Blacktown store.
How much is shipping?
The shipping fees will vary depending on the service you choose for delivery and the destination. You can find indicative shipping prices by using the Shipping Estimate Calculator in your Shopping Cart.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched we will have a tracking number for the order. The tracking number is sent to you via email along with instructions on how to track the order.
